Hi everyone,
As many of you will know, myself and our family suddenly lost my dad on the 26th of November 2025.
Me and my brother Perry have decided that in memory of our dad, we would like to raise awareness for simple health checks for men of all ages, as these 5 minutes check ups can crucially save your life and make you aware of on going condition’s.
As many of you know, our dad was a keen cyclist and runner over the years competing in marathons and was planning to do a long distance challenge himself this year.
We have come up with the idea to Run/Cycle over 300 miles, averaging around 30 miles a day, from the 1st of August 2026 for 10 days from Jacksdale the village. Our dad loved Perranporth Cornwall, our dads favourite place in the world other than Benidorm 😂.
We will be finishing on our dad’s birthday the 11th of August. Perranporth was a place we spent family holidays for many years and a place I have now lived for the past 5 years throughout summer.
It’s a challenge and a half and we hope that our friends and family members will support us, the link below is there for anyone that wants to donate, thank you very much.
